Our return policy is designed with the aim to provide clarity about your rights as a consumer when purchasing our digital products. Right to Cancel (Cooling Off Period) * UK Customers: In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel their purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which the contract was entered into, or from the day of purchase if later. If you exercise this right to cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you. 2. Access & Consumption Once you have accessed or started to consume the digital content (for example, by starting any of the lessons), your right to a refund may be waived, given the digital nature of the product. However, if you believe the content to be faulty or not as described, please contact us for resolution. 3. Refunds * Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction. * We will process the refund without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the purchase. 4. Faulty or Not As Described If you believe the digital content is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, please contact our customer support immediately. We will investigate the issue, and if we confirm the fault, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. 5.
